Latest diff tab besides the revisions tab (optional)

Description
How about a new "Latest diff" tab directly beside the revisions tab, so that users save a page load to get to the latest revisions comparison? (pointing to node/[nid]/revisions/view/latest)
It may not always be desireable to show it, so it should be optional. (both to avoid clutter/limit the tabs, and perhaps if it has a (small?) performance impact that would seem unnecessary for some sites)
