Cannot Get Theme to Work

I have tried a couple of times to get this theme to work. I tried the 1.0 and got a similar message to the one below so I decided to try to DEV and I still get the problem. Every time I try to use the theme to following error appears:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in WEBSITE\sites\all\themes\iui\page.tpl.php on line 91

It is the same error in Firefox, Safari and IE.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
