Link to created content by user

Thanks for as great module .... Have set up several rules very easily so far to my life much easier.

One rule i would like this module to do is to place a link in the navigation menu to each piece of content created by a specific user so they can edit their own posts when necessary.

Is this possible under the current framework ?
