Hi!

I have got 4 roles: pub, pub (premium), musician, musician (premium). What I'd like is a application called Premium account - then the administrator selects pub (premium) and/or musician (premium) depending on the previous role(s). Automatic assignment is not needed.

How can this be done?

Not to step on anyone's toes, but this really is not how this module is designed to work. With that said, I could see a way to do this with a manual process.

* Add a role--Premium account--and set it so that you can apply for that role.
* pub(premium) and musician(premium) would be set to not allow you to apply for those roles.
* In the moderation queue, when you see someone apply for Premium account, you manually add them to the appropriate pub(premium) or musician(premium) role.
* Finish up by deleting the application for the Premium account role.
