I found this theme through http://themegarden.org/drupal6/?q=node&theme=sky ... but it's slightly different than the one available to download here. Is this the same theme? If so, do you know how can get that version + fluid layout?

It's the same theme, but the version showing on theme garden is old.

The latest version of the theme has changed it's style slightly and the layout has been almost completely rewritten, so the only way you are going to get a fluid version is if you download the old version, and make the necessary changes yourself. Sorry, but that's the deal.
