The realtime CSS Editor looks GREAT!!!
There are however, two things that make it useless for me:
1. I cannot move the CSS Editor windows, so it is stuck in the middle of the page. It is also not possible to resize the window.
2 When trying to save the CSS it reports
"File: ./sites./all./themes./zen./tds./tds.css" does not exist.
Why all the dots?
There is also a less critical issue with the explorer: when choosing an items in the explorer nothing happens.
I have tried from Firefox 3.0.1 and Safari 3.1.2. I am using MAC OS-X 10.4.
I dont know if this is a bug or whatever causes this, but i cannot make it work.

tjholowaychuk commentedHello,
1a. Cannot drag it at all? hmm seems odd, I am still using FF2 at the moment until it becomes highly adopted (soon no doubt). I have been having some issues in FF in the Mac OS, where they are fine in Windows which is odd.. I hope sites render identically between FF3 across platforms.
1b. I previously had resizing available, however the structure of the window had to be built using tables to achieve the same look, which was inevitably VERY slow to drag and resize, not to mentioned a much larger hassle style-wise.
2. Interesting, that is defiantly a bug I will have to take a look at, I have not come across that issue.
I will take a look! I have some cool plans for this module, not nearly completed as you can see, but before I move on to those
fixing this bug as well as finishing the code explorer will be the priority, you should see a BETA release when its ready.

tjholowaychuk commentedPS. I have plans to utilize Midas/designmode and create syntax highlighting as well :) possibly get some code completion down the road as well, although I find CSS simple enough that it is sorta useless..

morteni commentedHi.
I have tested on Linux, and had the same problem with FF and Konqueror there.

tjholowaychuk commentedVery strange, I will be revising the UI shortly to what I think will be a bit less intrusive upon the screen since it is somewhat hard to see what you are doing, hopefully with that some of these bugs disapear. The saving issue is very strange but i have nto had a look yet it may be something tiny

forkmantis commentedMy wife and I are also getting the save error that morteni reported, her from FF3 in OS x, and me from FF3 in linux. I set perms on the css file to 777, but the problem persists.

tjholowaychuk commentedI 'fixed' what I suspect was the issue with saving the files, let me know if this does not work for you guys, both the previous and current revisions work correctly for me on my Mac.
