Is this automatic or do we have to manually delete each post ? I was thinking maybe it would empty upon reloading browser or empty cache, does the posts get stored somewhere ?

Well, all the messages are stored indefinitely in the {tribune} table. You can empty it manually if you want (it won't cause problems to the module), or click the "Delete all messages" at the bottom of the moderation page (you need the "delete all tribune posts" permission).
