Can't click title link if title has an anchor

I have a block view and in the title I have an anchor. It saves fine, but once I try to click back to edit that title field, the anchor in the field prevents me from editing the field. It goes to the link in the anchor. There's no visible way to edit that field once it's saved. I was able to determine that it's possible to edit the field manually with the correct path if I paste in the right URL. In this case, it's
