It seems only the master user has access to add mailout attachments, an assigned role ('manager') has the ability to send mailout, view stats etc but cannot add the files. Any advice on this would be great??

*** BUMP *** Any joy on this issue, it seems a pretty serious problem at the minute as only user #1 has the ability to upload files for attachments, promoting this to 'critical'
