Under IE6, the transparent parts of the PNG logo appears as a solid opaque grey colour rather than appearing transparent when viewed with other browers e.g. IE7, FF3 etc.

Jeff Burnz commentedIE6 cant handle transparent 32 bit png files. Either don't use 32 bit transparent png for your logo (suggest to use 8-bit Fireworks png), or attempt to use the alpha image loader in IE6, however that will give you another set of headaches as well.
In short, not a bug, but a limitation of IE6.
Plenty of info on this on the net, not much point in me re-iterating what is well discussed on sites specifically focused on this issue.
If you are talking about the actual logo that comes with the theme, consider it degrading disgracefully and without hesitation;)
