Issue Summary

We talked about this a while ago, but on the Admin-Config page it requires you to re-enter the SF username and password each time you add/remove fields. Attached is a screenshot of a module that am using that stores the username and password until you check a box to change it. This is from the click_heatmap module, if that helps any.

BTW, great job on everything! We've already received ~30 leads from our form in just a few days.
