In template.php, a function taxonomy_node_get_terms() is thrown without checking its existance.
So when taxonomy module is disabled, it errors.

This is a nice theme!

Hey zhzhz, sorry it's taken so long for anyone to get back to you.
I have recently taken over this project and am taking it in a new, D7 only direction, and as such, and am no longer supporting the previous incarnation of this theme. As such, I'm sorry to say, I will not be fixing this issue.
