Weight Tab does not display questions for sorting, Uncertain where to place weight on individual FAQ nodes

I went to the weight tab, selected a category to sort, but the selected category returned no questions to put in sort order. The page with the instructions This determines the order of the questions and answers on the FAQ page. Just select one or more questions and use the arrows to change their position in the list. You can also order the list by the question creation date descending or ascending. appears normally, but the list of questions is blank and appears to be about 1 character wide.

I have three taxonomies associated with FAQ, and I checked for this error on multiple categories from each taxonomy. Two of the taxonomies associated with FAQ are hidden, but the third taxonomy is displaying normally on the FAQ page and as part of the breadcrumbs on each FAQ node.

My question layout is Clicking on question opens/hides answer under question and my category layout is Clicking on category opens/hides questions and answers under category. I have no error messages associated with this problem.

P.S. When I am editing an individual FAQ node, if I wish to adjust the weight, do I do that under the Menu Settings?
