Great module.

Is there any way could specify which content types are Submenu Tree enabled? You could either specify it on a settings page or on each content types edit page.

What do you think?

Hi,

Not presently, and with no plans to do so. I'm sure what you've suggested can be done, but configuring submenutree by content type would break the current way its designed to work, and very likely break sites which use submenutree.
