Problem with languages written from right to left (Arabic, hebrew, …) the theme is not showing properly like it should, still adjusting from left to right instead of right to left.

I enclose a snapshot of Garland to know what i mean.

You may need to change your database encoding to UTF-8

After I set the db to UTF-8 (on Four Seasons theme) I was able to use Hebrew characters:
