In case a list of items which doesn't fit in the screen, it is not possible to access to items at the total bottom.

I don't know if this needs or can be fixed but just for the information of those who encounter this problem - you can go to Administration Menu Settings page - admin/settings/admin_menu and uncheck "Keep menu at top of page" option. I did like Admin menu to be always at the top of the page, but if you have too many menu items and they don't fit in your screen there is no other solution but stop using this feature. Scroll wheel as suggested above, doesn't help if you have "Keep menu at top of page" checked.
