Dear all,

after updating CCK 6.x-2.0-rc6 (2008-Aug-15) to 6.x-2.x-dev (2008-Sep-05) the CCK link Module (6.x-2.3.1; 2008-Jul-18) breaks with Fatal error: Call to undefined function link_views_content_field_data() in /*/modules/link/link.module on line 148 (see here: http://drupal.org/node/304267).
With 6.x-2.0-rc6 (2008-Aug-15), everything runs fine.

Do not open several issues for the same bug.
This is most probably an error in link module.

Same issue here with rc7 though, had to rollback to cck-6.x-2.0-rc6 in the meantime.

Works fine up to now... hoping to hear about a fix asap.

If you expect to find fixes for the link module in this issue queue, you'll have along wait. The problem is the link module, the error message tells you that. You need to check the Link module issue queue, where you will find that the problem has been reported (and probably fixed).
