Description

Hello,

I have installed the TNG solution and am integrating it with Drupal 6+.

CURRENT VERSION: 7.01

Once I installed the solutions, and have installed the Drupal module, I tried to access the genealogy software and don't seem to be getting logged in as an administrator. ... So I can't make any changes to the software. I can see the solutions as what I think is a logged in user. However, I don't seem to have administrative rights (eventhough I'm logged into Drupal as the admin.)

I also, don't seem to be able to access the software (outside the drupal framework) because I'm not sure what the admin user/pass is. I get a Login screen.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

TNG makes the first user the administrator by default. The TNGIntegrate module assigns/creates TNG users in the order that they access TNG within Drupal.

So if you accessed the TNG module with a user other than your Drupal admin user, it is likely that user has administrative rights in TNG as opposed to the Drupal administrator.

You would have to send a snapshot of the contents of the tngintegrate table in your Drupal database in order for me to figure this out.

You might want to try deleting the password from the tng users table for user #1 (which should be the administrator) and then you should be able to log on as that user outside of Drupal leaving the password blank.
