Mostly Code Cleanup and Code Style + Comments.
Just bug fixes. Added 3 new Plugins.
For some reason on the MAC the hook_theme call caused a fatal error. Fixed that.
Removed the submodule. Will be moved to a seperate module.
I rewrote the plugin system a bit. Please see readme.txt. The plugins now have to return pure data and have a renderer which can then render the data. Please ignore the submodule. It is not ready at the moment.
