How to add to the input forms for each node type?say i would like to add links to imageshack, rapidshare etc?

actually how do u add to the help section under the input fields?

Not quite sure what you're getting at with your question, but maybe you want to look at CCK module. It helps you build custom fields and field types - along with help info for the fields.

i added a cck teaser field

then the menu help is directly under it whilst the rest of the help are at the bottom. why?

how can i organise the help sections???

you should be able to re-order the section on the Manage Fields tab for that content type.
admin/content/node-type//fields

admin/content/node-type/galleryimage/fields

not sure that's possible, without some coding, or a module.
