I've just downloaded Google's new Chrome browser because I was attracted above all by it's promise of SPEED - and indeed compared to the Firefox I have currently installed it runs like s*** off the proverbial shovel (ie fast). Only problem, it does not seem to work with TinyMCE on my Drupal site (I'm using version 5.x-1.9 of the TinyMCE module and 2.1.0 of TinyMCE itself). None of the buttons seem to do anything at all in fact.
On the other hand, when I dry out the example on the Moxiecode site (copying and pasting from Word), it seems to work fine.
Does anyone have any experience and/or advice on this? I realise it is very new of course.

According to this at least some versions of tinymce must be working in chrome
still in beta though I wouldn't stress too much

I saw this - however I also saw that TinyMCE has now got a version 3.x which I presume is what is on their demonstration site. One question would be, what are the compatibility issues between the Drupal module and the different versions of TinyMCE?

I have a similar issue with Chrome.

In mine the TinyMCE editor will come up the first time you try and edit anything, but after that it doesn't come up at all and all you see is the raw html in the editor window, no TinyMCE bar or buttons, it's like the Input type gets forgotten or something.

This is on 5.7 with 2.x TinyMCE and upgrading it to the latest 3.x didn't fix it.

However it looks like Drupal 6.4 and the latest TinyMCE work correctly in another website I work on, so maybe I can upgrade the 5.7 website to 6.4 if all the modules are ready in 6.

--Update: If I refresh the browser the TinyMce will render. So every page I edit requires an extra refresh to bring up the TinyMCE.
