Description

Hi,

I've got the protected_node module installed fine, and the password prompt appears for users when they try to access a protected node.

However, the password is always returned as incorrect. I'm afraid that there might be some error with hashing used on some passwords but not on others. I've tried with several different passwords.

The script always puts 6 wildcard characters '******' in the Node password screen. I don't know if this signifies something, but oh well.

Thanks in advance,

Jim

One thing I should add: each time I go back to Administer -> Content and try to change the password, I don't see any indication that any password has been saved at all. This might be normal, but I thought that I'd mention it.

Hello....I am using the latest version and am having the same problem as above: always getting "incorrect password".
I see that the database is being populated with an encrypted password, but I can't get my "anonymous user" to access the page (he has been given permission to view protected content).
Any ideas?? Thanks...
