i am building my site and have not been hosted yet and still in my localserver

in admin\site information or admin\site infor it will be like site on-line or site-offline. i have posted a message there and unknowingly i selected site off-line and saved it. now wat happened is that if i go to my site it shows as site off-line and displaying along with the message i posted. i cant even go to my admin account or could not log in even..

i told my site is in local server and hv not hosted yet. i have attached a photocopy. it ll provide u more info..

in the address bar its the regular address i type and it ll took me to my site home page and i can login. but its like this. dunno wat should i do next.pls help me
