About the Drupal FAQ, I'm finding its quick answers very helpful and interesting for new users. In my opinion, the FAQ should be more easy to find in the drupal.org website, maybe with a link from the home page:

Hello, I agree with your opinion. I was going to say that such an statement would be better in a feedback or suggestions forum board, and then I realized that there is no such a thing, I could not even find anything similar.

Understanding a new website and a new application is sometimes hard, and giving the users an easy way to reach the explanation pages is sometimes a harder task than what it may seem, you must rely on the users abilities to browse and take the time to find the answers.

Good thing is that Drupal has all the answers that you need (if it doesn't you can always ask) if you take your time, you end up with a lot more information than what you can handle in one sit.

I'm not sure of the best way, but in Helping with usability there are links such as Drupal.org redesign analysis, etc.

From the FAQ, another user-friendly part of drupal.org that I think should be prominently featured:

  • Where can I watch some videocasts demonstrating the use of Drupal?
Many can be found at the Drupal Videocasts page. Thank you to all the contributors who created the videos!
