recently I design and developed a "css gallery".
Even though tons of css galleries are out there, I want to collect minimally design websites which are still powerful.

Drupal was perfect solution for this site and I spend only 3days to build the website.

What theme and modules did you base it on and how did you do the thumbnails? I want to do something similar for some blog sites I like. Please do a write up for us.

I used views with imagecache, cck, voting api and five star for thumbnails view.
Using "Theme wizard" in views, I was able to design each views.
For detail page, I used contemplate module to theme node contents.

and I designed theme by myself.
