As far as i can tell this doesn't support date fields. They simply do not show up on the node edit form.

ahhh, interesting. ok it does supoprt date fields as long as jstools jscalendar isn't enabled

been wracking my brain over this for past few nights.. haven't got very far... the jscalendar field is there.. but the date from the text field it fills doesn't get posted.. not even sure how that can happen since more of a browser/html level issue than drupal/php.
if i get anywhere, i'll certainly post something.

btw.. i could fund any devel work required to get this sorted out.. and i will also post to the jscalendar issue tracker.
