The 1 Pixel Out player needs colours to be passed using the format 0xRRGGBB. If you pass as #RRGGBB then the colours are not respected.
At the moment the settings page therefore doesn't work, although you can manually set colours by using a flashvars string, or by passing a series of parameters.
Refer to http://www.1pixelout.net/code/audio-player-wordpress-plugin/#colours for details about the colour scheme settings.
This bug was actually reported under #160662: "1 Pixel Out MP3 Player - Missing" but I am raising a separate issue with a more appropriate title to aid tracking and fixing.

Stuart Greenfield commentedThis is now fixed in the DRUPAL-6--1 / DRUPAL-5 branches. I won't release yet as there are other fixes to build in, but it is available from CVS for testing.

mindgarden commentedI just installed SWF Tools and 1 Pixel Out audio player but in the SWF settings page for 1 Pixel Out in the colours section (Administer / Site configuration / SWF Tools / 1 Pixel Out) only 7 digits in total are allowed to be input, meaning we can't put in 8 digits like 0xFFFFFF.
So this is still a problem. Any ideas how to fix it? Thank you.

Stuart Greenfield commentedThis is currently fixed in the DRUPAL-6--1 and DRUPAL-5 branches, but I haven't officially released this, so if you have installed the latest packages from the download links on the project page it will still be broken.
I am working on a few other fixes, so there will be a new release shortly.
In the interim you could download the appropriate onepixelout.admin.inc file from CVS, and replace your local copy, and that should get things going.
You'll know you have the right version if the help text on the settings page says "Colours in the format 0xRRGGBB".
Hope this helps!
