The link provided on admin/settings/openwysiwyg to download the xhtml.js plugin appears to be broken. Doing a 15 minute internet search did not provide me a solution for this, I cannot find this file anywhere.

Download it at http://www.unverse.net/whizzery/xhtml.js
Place it: modules/openwysiwyg/openwysiwyg/xhtml.js.
Yes you have to make a dir openwysiwyg in de openwysiwyg module.
Switch it on in the settings.

See http://www.codeplex.com/xhtmljs/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=1... for the latest release and development.

I tested the validation (http://validator.w3.org/check) with and without the two xhtml.js files, I see no difference in count off xhtml errors. Does this script wath I espect: cleaning up my html script to xhtml?

5.x-1.5:
Add xhtml.js to folder "openwysiwyg/library/scripts/"

I will commit 5.x-1.5 after I add File Upload feature soon.

Yeah that's known. However, please open a new issue instead of attaching your new problem to this issue.

As an aside, it is possible to get the script to work with Chrome, and Safari 3, go do a search for OpenWYSIWYG + Safari.
