Affects the 'submitted by ...' as well as the text. However, when taken to the main story, everything is fine.

This happens on all themes I have tried.

What is going on?

you have a few problems with your markup in this theme but your visible problem stems from a strong tag that needs to be closed and a stray body tag.

When there are odd behaviours I find the XHTML validator is the best place to start.

i think xhtml/strict is da bomb.

when you find a visual bug, always validate the page before questioning code or anything else.
