I can´t get this module to link to the single comments, it links only to the first forum post in a thread with all the comments expanded from every topic in the list.

This part I don´t quite understand, have tried to enter and change the class names, but no luck.

In Administer >> Content >> Forum Thread you must set the CSS selector for your comment titles. ("div.comment-title" in the example above).

How should I do?

The Drupal 5.x branch is not supported at this time. There are some related issues in the Drupal 6 queue which may be helpful.
