When the Drupal for Firebug is enabled and devel is set to show the page execution time and memory consumption, these stats are not shown in the page nor in firebug. There are similar stats under the execute php tab but those stats are always small and the same for every page indicating they are for the form being displayed I assume not for the page.

This issue was solved by improving the definition of the iframe (closing it properly) and how it was transferred through to the firebug window.
