User Title Uncalculated

The user titles are uncalculated until an admin goes to the admin page of this module and just clicks save changes.

e.g.

It is set that once a user reaches 10 posts, their title becomes from "New Member" to "Normal User". However, user "x" who starts of as new member, posts OVER 10 posts, and his title is not changed. Only when I go to the admin section and press "save changes" does the title change to the appropriate name.

Is there any way to allow titles to automatically change without an admin having to intervene?
