We are creating a VERY simple news site.
We have hacked our version of how it should work but I would rather have the experts handle it.

The most important part here is that I would need it done in about 2 weeks. (which really shouldn't be a huge deal - I think it would be 20% drupal setup and 80% look/feel - but that is just my 2 cents)

Don't let the "news" site hold you up, its not much more than showing a news topic and then some quotes that are related that point to another article (all added in by the admins)
