Second alpha release of the HappyPixels theme, mainly bug fixes:
* Remove some dependencies on Garland.
* Do not copy unused images.
* Fix rounded tabs in IE.
First alpha release of the happypixels theme:
* Fixed display issue with the primary links in IE.
* Content background works with all sidebar configurations.
