Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_access() in www/worldperfect.org/public_html/noahide/includes/menu.inc on line 447

Dear Drupalers,

this morning my site worldperfect.org (drupal 6.4) displaing this message on all pages:

anyone knows what it means or how to solve this?

and check to see if the function is there, it might have been accidentally deleted... otherwise ensure your db is intact

you mean the menu.inc? yes it is still there
how can i know if there is a problem with DB?
i checked thru phpmyadmin and it is still there...

what is the line 447 saying? because when i open menu.inc it has no line breaks, so i could not figure which is line 447.

some files were missing so i reinstalled drupal linked to old db and works like a charm!
still dont know exactly what was the culprit file.
