I'm having trouble sending "clean" newsletter from my fck editor.

The preview looks fine but when i submit it...it comes out with html code all throughout the content and looks horrible.

The spacing is out of whack, any symbols i might use like "quotation marks" or a copyright symbol all come out with code instead of the original symbol and links come out as "footnotes" at the bottom of the page.

I've been told by ISP that all the permissions are in order and that the issue is one of Drupal Configuration problems. In essence, the newsletter is not being seen as it looks to me on the fck editor and the preview.

s there a simple way to reconfigure this properly?
