Hi janb,

It is a very impressive module you have made. I am using it with 4.6.3 here
www.forsker.net

The nodes are synchronized and when you push them from the tracker or from 'recent' or 'active forum topics' blocks they appear as the should with right breadcrumb down to the forum the have been synchronized to.

But, when the forum is accessed from /forum and down through the forum the nodes do not appear. That is, the forum itself remains empty, or appears to be empty.

Another problem is with the 'recent comments' block. Here all commets are prefixed with a node 0 ( zero ) eg.

http://forsker.net/node/0#comment-50

this node 0 - off course does not exist.

Thanks,
Lennart Kiil

The second problem has got nothing to do with your module - it is simply replies to threads that has not been syncronized ( because they are very old ).

The first problem remains. I have been trying to work it out - without luck.

The forum remains *empty*, even if the nodes - when clicked from the tracker - appear to be down the right path, in the right forum.

First problem confirmed. Nodes do not appear in designated forum.

The second problem is indeed by design, replies to threads of which the topic node has never been imported, should not be imported either. But I don't think it is handled completely properly yet. These comments should leave no trace at all. So I will have a look at that as well.

The problem with nodes not appearing in their designated forum has been fixed, available in CVS. For existing netnews links, the admin form contains an option for fixing this for netnews messages that were already imported into Drupal.

The second problem (ok, hint of a problem) remains to be investigated. This will be part of ongoing development, so I close this bug report.
