If you want to create new feeds I would recommend http://drupal.org/project/views, but if you want it to be added as included to the page you need the http://drupal.org/project/feed_path_publisher

It's simple to add feeds from various websites using simplefeed module. You probably need to keep in mind this step:
"2. Download the SimplePie 1.1 library: http://simplepie.org/
Place simplepie.inc in your SimpleFeed module directory.
After that you can add a feed or a feed item.
