In version 6.x beta 1 I easily obtain a site with a left or right column and a content.
Since beta 2 and in the last 1.0 If I put primary links menu in right or left column, it appears below the content column.
How I can change this?

The 6.x-1.0 release is now deprecated. Please consider upgrading to the Fusion sub-theme release.
