Sending an Email when a node of cck type 'Review' is created

Hello.

Is it possible to configure actions/triggerunlock so that when a user enters data for a cck node type 'Review' an email
will be sent to the Review Admin.

I have a cck type for 'Product' and a cck type 'Product Review' which stores reviews for the product. Now when any user (anonymous) adds a review
an email needs to be sent out to reviewadmin@example.com

What modules are needed for this ? Actions ? Triggerunlock ? Is there a HOWTO for this part. I googled around and looked for answers but no
simple documentation for a simple problem. I'm assuming we would not need the Workflow module because we really are not interested in changing
the workflow of the node type 'Product Review' at all.

Any pointers, suggestions on how to use these nebulous modules Actions / Triggerunlock.
