I've created the first draft of a Drupal Marketing Terminology Survey using PHPSurveyor. I ended up changing a few things from my initial plans. I'm hoping for feedback on

  • clarification of instructions and explanations
  • additional terms and features to include
  • suggestions for additional participant data questions

Note that the survey is not currently activated. Your responses will not be saved.

Choices should include "I don't know" choice.

Would not be nicer if you use the Drupal survey.module? Is there any reason you prefered an external one?
