can this hide the 'input format' collapsible section?

Description
All I want to do is have auth users assigned to the 'auth' input format,
without them seeing the input section (ie. being given the choice of
choosing 'anon') when creating content.
This module can't help with that?
They are allocated the correct input format, but are *still* offered the choice of 'anon'?
