I'm using 4.6.3 and downloaded goofy. I like the template a lot, but need to have some links at the top. I do see the "edit primary links", yet when I go to the site-wide configuration and add links which work in bluemarine, and which appear in configuration for goofy, I don't get the links to show in the theme. Any help or tips would be much appreciated.

This was a 4.6 issue. Cannot reproduce in 6.x. Assuming it has been fixed in one of the 4.7 versions in the meantime.
