karens commentedWhat? You'll have to explain this and provide some examples of exactly what is wiped out and why you concluded that it was this upgrade that did that damage. No one else has experienced or reported this.
And if it's true, which I don't think it is, it's not a 'minor' bug, it's 'critical'.

junro commentedI have made the 6.x-2.0-rc7 upgrade and is not working, there is a crash about CCK fields? I don't know how to say that...
Well, I deleted the new cck folder and put back my rc6 version folder I had save in another place. Everything is working now. Lucky am I I had not erase the old folder^^.

yched commentedanotherusername, Junro : if you have the Views module enabled on your site, 1st make sure you get the latest release : http://drupal.org/node/95897
Then you really need to provide more information on your setup, what you did and th exact errors you experienced if you want anyone to be able to help you.

junro commentedHi Yched, You look to speak better English than I am.
Everything is working now but I can't upgrade the new CCK version.
I think we have to wait another version and not use this one. ^^

ktleow commentedMe too have the same problem.. Upgrading to rc7 made my whole website blank!!
Lucky its a backup copy, and not a development site. =S
Hope to see this bug fixed asap.

yched commentedOK, Views RC2 is out now.
Grab Views RC2, grab all the latest releases of your modules, clear your site's cache (admin/settings/performance, click 'clear cached data' at the bottom of the page).
Most important modules have been updated to the new Views API now. Link module is still known to cause issues, see the first few posts in the Link issue queue.
As far as CCK is concerned, this issue is *fixed*.

karens commentedQuit reporting this as a CCK bug, if you get an error message with the Link module it's a Link module issue. #6 specifically said that Link module isn't working. All you have to do is visit the Link module issue queue and you'll see it's already reported. It's already been reported dozens of times, in fact.
Filefield also has known issues, and there may be others in your list that are not working with the latest Views yet. Visit those issue queues and see if anything is reported.
It's not CCK or Views that is broken, it's that some other modules have not caught up to the latest changes.
This is NOT NOT NOT a CCK bug. CCK cannot fix problems in other modules.
