A nice chat / IM almost similar to Facebook, where there is a `who's online / friends ' at the bottom of browser (Firefox / Safari). To chat, click a link and a small window open, a Flash based with ads to earn some revenue

You can obtain PHP script (plus Javascript) to use with Drupal

There is a downloadable module for Wordpress

Not sure how to, but the code may go into page.tpl.php and user-profile.tpl.php. I tested it but kept getting `the user is not online'
