Yeah,
I create a stable version for D5 ( I view one or two minor bugs) and directly port it for D6. We need this theme for my work so sure in 1-2 months a D6 version is ready for production.

There is a description of a theme conversion from 5 to 6 at http://d-theme.com/candy_corn. I can test the results of a conversion.
