Description
If I pick more than 1 content type for the wiki type, anyone can then edit both content types, even if the anonymous role doesn't have permission to do so.

Oh this was a conflict with the new og 5-7.3 module. Organic groups now lets you denote content types as "wiki" types, that anyone in a group can edit. However, if I set the content types for wikitools to use and for og to use as wiki types, anyone (even anonymous visitors) could edit. If I instead switched the content types to be regular (author edit only) OG content types, and use wikitools only, everything went back to the way I expected.
Essentially, wikitools and og conflict now, but it's not a huge deal since you can just pick one or the other to use for wiki-like multi-user editing.
