Hi I'm running Drupal 5 and a multisite installation for many different sites (different content and everything), however I'm using one user database.

My question is can I instal Drupal vB once on my server, use the shared user database but have seperate forums and and posts per each domain? Or would this require me to install 5+ vBs and link each one up accordingly.

Sorry, your questions sounds like a support question about vBulletin. You probably want to ask this question in vBulletin's support forums. Drupal vB only provides an integration between both systems.
