How this work on 3rd party like feedburner?

Description
I installed this module and works perfectly on my default Drupal RSS feed.
However, when this goes to 3rd party like FeedBurner. The images are still appear. Unlike Drupal RSS.
How to make this module works for 3rd party RSS feed as well?
