Fix broken url for master index xml file

Description

The following patch points the xml file to the correct place.

Additionally it adds a dependency on jquery_update so that users aren't confused.

Added patch for urlencoding keywords (fixes problem with keyword with space in it).

Fixed problem in aws_query that returns empty asin.
